17 years of creative work with Target and other mass retailers.

Since 1997, I've worked with Target, Best Buy, Walmart and a handful of other mass retailers as a Creative Director and Head of Product Development for a local Entertainment company formerly known as Compass Productions (now Somerset Group LTD).

Compass created Exclusive Music CD and DVD products for big box retailers using in-store sampling and main aisle endcap positioning as the foundation for driving top line sales and healthy margins. 

Our most successful program, LIFESCAPES®, remained in the same location at Target for over 18 years based on performance, consumer research and the infusion of over 200 new titles annually.

In my position, I've been responsible for managing teams of graphic designers, music producers, brand managers, content developers as well as being involved in marketing strategies, research groups, sales presentations and new business development.

I have over 20 years of creative experience and product development as well as the knowledge of presenting products and programs to a number of big box buyers.
